Most items that were purchased within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a return and refund. Contact the sales department at madridintl@sbcglobal.net with your reason for return and state whether you would like a refund or another item sent out and we will issue you a return label. Please ensure the item is properly repackaged for the shipment back to our facility. If you only wish to have a new product sent out then it will leave the same day as the request. If the reason is for a refund, the refund will be processed once the item is returned to our facility.
